Should you need to reconfigure a Plesk vhost, open a Terminal window and as a root user, enter the following.

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=INSERTDOMAIN

/etc/init.d/httpd reload
